Do you ever get to a part of the book where you get so angry with the main character because he just did something you specifically asked him not to do and now you’re going to have to sit there and watch as he tries to deal with all of the problems that his mistake brought about when, if he had just listened to you in the first place, it would have all been fine?

I am in dyer need of a proper massage. Every time I rub my neck I can hear knots clicking and my shoulders are so stiff. When I use muscles in my chest or shoulders at the gym it hurts my neck and I have to stop. My shoulders are also really stiff and look really tense. Does anybody know any reputable chiropractors/sports masseurs/physiotherapists in SE London?

A boy my brother’s age from a school near us died on a school charity trip to Morocco on Tuesday. My brother’s in Cambodia at the moment doing the same trip and I just got a message from him telling me he’s fine. I’ve never been so happy to hear from Ben, but I can’t help thinking how distraught this other boy’s family must be. It’s horrible.
