Just got myself put on the waiting list to start CBT. The woman on the phone was really nice and is going to start ‘Guided self help’ with me on Thursday because my anxiety levels on the survey were really high. I feel like a bit of an idiot though but she said she was nice so I’m not too nervous.

I want to do something interesting with myself and have something to tell people. At the moment it’s “I work full-time. What do you do?” I’d love it to be “I work full time because I’m saving money to go traveling around Europe for 3 months in April.” I don’t think I’d ever do something like that though, even though I’d really love to.

Ok, so I was getting ready to go to the gym when I saw Findian was cleaning his car and I thought “oh hello, haven’t seen you in a while ;)”.
